Governing Body  

MBIS is a co-educational day school, which is governed by the Mercedes Benz Education Academy (MBEA). MBEA is a trust formed by a number of Corporate sponsors who came together to help meet educational requirements of expatriates working in India and internationally minded Indian families.

Currently the Managing committee (Board) of MBEA consists of representatives of following companies. Daimler-Chrysler India, S M Auto Engneering Ltd, Kanbay Software Pvt. Ltd, and Motherson Sumi Systems.
