Payment of fees

General

Enrollment is subject to payment of all applicable fees by the dates specified. For students enrolled after official payment dates, all fees are due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Regardless of any arrangements between parent and employer concerning payment of school fees, the parent is always responsible for the child’s school fees.

All fees are due and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) only, on the dates specified.

Payment may be made by a cheque, payable to Mercedes-Benz Education Academy , and mailed to the school.

Late payments

Late payment charges will be assessed for each student if payment has not been received within 30 days of the due date. The current late payments charge is calculated at 2% per month of the payment due and will be calculated monthly.
 
Students enrolling late

A student enrolling late pays the remaining part of the term and any remaining terms of this academic year adding the 12% additional fee. From then the annual payment will be made in the normal way.

Students leaving early

A student leaving early similarly forfeits a quarter fee and other levied charges.

Students staying for a short period

Students who come for a planned short stay will be charged as follows:

• ·        If a student stays fewer than 30 school days, tuition fee is 1% of the annual tuition fee, multiplied by the number of days enrolled.
• ·        If a student stays for 31-90 school days, tuition fee is 30% of the annual tuition fee, plus 0,50% multiplied by the number of days exceeding 30 that the student is enrolled.

Notification of the planned short stay must be given in writing by the legal guardian at least one month in advance.

Students being dismissed

Fees will not be reimbursed when a student is asked to leave the school for whatsoever reason.
