PYP2-5 Swim Gala
Recently our PYP 2-5 students took to the pool for their annual Swim Gala. The morning started with all students
participating in a freestyle and backstroke race. Under the watchful eyes of a shamiana full of parents, students
showed off their swimming skill development, as well as their house spirit. Following on from the compulsory
swimming races, students were able to select which of the remaining events in which they took part. Some chose
the underwater hoop race, others the team noodle relay. The morning culminated in a team challenge, with each
house aiming to collect as many rings underwater in the allotted time.
At the end of competition, very few points separated all four houses.
The final Gala results were:
1st Prithvi
2nd Vayu
3rd Agni
4th Blue
Thank you to all parents who attended.
